Return and Refund policy
We do everything in our power to ensure that you receive products only of the highest quality and hope that you are happy with your purchase.
However, in several cases you may want to receive your money back. We issue refunds/replace items with no further questions in these cases:
- Item has not been marked as shipped yet
- You have not received an item. Please allow 3 – 4 weeks (depending on country) from shipping date for an item to be delivered to you
- The item you have received was damaged
- The item you have received was of unsatisfactory quality
In any other case we will refund you for items which you return to us undamaged and unopened in the original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items. Returned goods must be in re-saleable condition including original packaging where applicable.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return. If you experience any difficulties with returning goods, please contact us.
All of this is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
