Yes, this applies to the opened tea packages as well. As long as they are not completely empty. To avoid misuse of this guarantee, we will ask you to cover the cost of shipping, thank you for understanding.
If your item has not arrived or was damaged during transit, we can issue a full refund or send the products again. In such event, please contact us and we will find the best solution for you.
