Production method: Whole leaf hand picked oolong. Slightly fermented (oxidised) between 8 -10%. Solar and indoor withered, panned, rolled and dried.
This whole leaf Pouchong Oolong is classed between an Oolong tea and a Green tea. The taste is more mellow taste than Oolong, but stronger than Green tea. The tea leaves produce a light golden green liquor and a mild aroma with a delicate flavour. The tea is only slightly oxidised and the process involves solar withering, indoor withering, panning, rolling and then drying for the finished tea.
