Preparation: It is recommended to use 1 tablespoon of this tea and 200 ml (regular glass/cup size) 80 °C temperature water. Steep for 1 - 3 minutes. Oversteeping causes the tea to taste bitter. Can be re-steeped by prolonging the steeping time.
About Kenya Kosabei Green tea: Broken Orange Pekoe grade black tea from North Eastern part of India. Grown near the Himalayas and Brahmaputra river, at the elevation of 300 meters this Assam tea is known for its strong, malty taste and bright color. The region is tropical and the combination of heavy rainfall, high humidity and extreme temperatures creates a greenhouse effect that is responsible for the unique malt taste of an Assam tea.
